15 people accused of buying sex arrested by Othello police

OTHELLO, Wash. – The Othello Police Department announced their arrest of 15 people facilitating human trafficking throughout Washington state on Thursday.

The suspects were arrested over the course of an operation lasting several weeks.

“During this investigation, sex buyers ran from police, assaulted police, and promoted prostitution,” said the Othello Police Department in a social media post.

The department also announced the charges given in the investigation included patronizing a prostitute, promoting prostitution in the second degree, resisting arrest, forgery and domestic violence no-contact order violation.

The Othello Police Department has released the identities of the following suspects, stating that they are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:
