HAYDEN, Idaho – The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 23-year-old man suspected to be involved in a stabbing.
Around 3 a.m. on Monday, KCSO responded to a house with reports of a stabbing near Hayden with at least two people injured.
Andrew Trump, 23, was found by police at the house with a knife.
As police began investigating, they found that Trump became involved in a fight and went to grab a knife. He reportedly stabbed someone in the fight, and they were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A witness of the fight also received a minor cut during the altercation.
Trump was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.
