According to 49 Degrees North, the mountain’s power is expected to be restored by the end of Sunday and the mountain will reopen on Monday.
Both Silver Mountain and 49 Degrees North are served by Avista. According to the Avista outage map, about 93 people in Chewelah were affected by the outage.
