Here are a few events that have become popular with the business community:
- Employer Showcase – A hiring event that allows business representatives to exclusively connect with many talented candidates. Talent Solutions does all the event coordination and promotion for the showcase. The event takes place on the WorkSource Spokane One-Stop Campus. Event runtime: 1.5-2 hours.
- Meet the Employers – A hybrid event that provides business representatives the opportunity to advise job seekers about best practices when applying for work followed immediately by a job fair-like experience. This event takes place at WorkSource Spokane. Event runtime: 1.5 hours
The WorkSource Spokane One-Stop Campus hosts many hiring events at any one of their workforce sites throughout the year.
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has developed a great partnership with Talent Solutions and benefitted from allowing the business consultants to develop custom hiring events to fill TSA’s vacant roles.
“Working with the team (Talent Solutions) has been incredible. They’re creative, they’re talented, they’re professional – they care deeply about our community,” said Dave Winegar, TSA’s Supervisory Program Specialist.
