Washington man receives 25 years in prison for aggravated DUI

ROSE LAKE, Idaho – A man arrested near Rose Lake in 2023 was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Tuesday.

Rodney Christopher Bradley has several previous convictions for violent crimes and a 2021 conviction for negligent driving according to the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office.

When Bradley was arrested in Aug. 2023, he was clocked driving 117 miles per hour by law enforcement and smashed into the back of a vehicle, leaving the two passengers in the car with fractured spines. One of the passengers was scalped and paralyzed as a result of the crash.

Bradley will be eligible for parole after serving the first decade of his sentence.
