Acid spill on Spokane’s South Hill being tested

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Fire Department responded to an acid spill on the Spokane South Hill on Tuesday.

The spill that happened near the White Dog Coffee Shop at South Regal Street and East 57th Avenue.

Spokane Fire Department confirmed it was clear acid but were doing further testing on it to determine what it was.

The fire department blocked off around 20 parking spots in the parking lot and nearby businesses remained opened.
