SPOKANE, Wash. – A man accused of a drive-by shooting in late April allegedly left a medical facility against medical advice Thursday night.
According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD), Zachary Nelson was picked up by a woman who drove him away from the treatment center where he had been since the April shooting.
The search for Nelson ended at 3am in the Perry District according to SPD.
Nelson is currently in Spokane County Jail facing an additional court order violation charge in addition to his previous shooting charges.
