ROYAL CITY, Wash. – Royal Slope Fire responded to a small polyurethane netting fire on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, firefighters waited for the fire to burn down before using water to extinguish it to avoid contaminating runoff water.
The fire was out by 4:30 pm and did not result in any injuries or significant property damage.
