SPOKANE, Wash. – Whitworth University congratulated alum Josh McDowell for summiting Mount Everest for a third time on Monday.
In an image shared by the university on social media, McDowell can be seen holding a Whitworth flag on the crest of the mountain.
McDowell represented his alma mater in 2017 when he made it to the top of the world’s tallest mountain for the second time.
