Two injured after a shooting at the Armed Forces Torch Light Parade

SPOKANE, Wash. — Two people are injured after a shooting during the Armed Forces Torch Light Parade.

According to the Spokane Police Department, two people were injured and taken to the hospital after a shooting on West Sprague Avenue and North Washington Street. The suspect has been taken into custody and the Major Crimes Unit is on their way to the scene.

Law enforcement is currently rerouting the parade to Riverside.
