SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Police and medics are on the scene of an incident at West Garland Avenue and North Wall Street, following a witness report of a shooting.
A witness got in touch with NonStop Local and told us that he was walking his dog around 5:30 a.m. when he saw a man get shot by another man.
He reported that he was near the Red Line Coin store on Garland when he witnessed it and called 911.
Police have not confirmed the shooting at this point but have placed a roadblock in the area from Coast to Howard.
As investigations are ongoing, please avoid the area until further notice.
