LEWISTON, Idaho – The Lewiston Shari’s closed permanently on Monday.
The location closed its doors at 10pm, marking the end of the restaurant’s tenure in Lewiston.
Shari’s Cafe and Pies was founded in 1978 in Oregon and has become a popular diner franchise throughout the Inland Northwest since then. There are Shari’s in Spokane, the Spokane Valley and Coeur d’Alene.
The restaurant’s General Manager says that she doesn’t know precisely why the location is being shut down, but thanked patrons for their support of the Lewiston location.
