ASOTIN COUNTY, Wash. – One person has died, and another is seriously injured after a crash just outside the Clarkston city limits early Tuesday morning.
The Washington State Patrol responded to the crash just after midnight, stating that a driver crossed the center line and struck 25-year-old Hayden Deeds.
Deeds was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, and his current condition is unknown.
The driver who died in the crash was traveling northbound on State Route 129, passing Critchfield, when their car crossed the center line, hitting Deeds who was traveling southbound.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and the identification of the other driver is pending.
