BOISE, Idaho – A few days after the jury found Chad Daybell guilty of murder, he is now sentenced to death.
. Charges include three counts for the murders of Joshua Jaxon “JJ” Vallow, Tylee Ryan and his former wife, Tammy Daybell. He was also found guilty of insurance fraud.
Jury deliberations began Wednesday and the guilty verdict was read Thursday afternoon at the Ada County Courthouse in Boise.
Daybell was sentenced to death on June 1.
The court is taking a brief recess and will re-convene to discuss his charges of insurance fraud.
