SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested a man accused of assault with a gun on Tuesday.
According to SPD, the incident in the 6100 block of North Smith Street involved a man pointing a gun at another member of his residence.
After police responded to the alleged violence, the man sped away from the residence. We has later stopped by police and arrested.
SPD says the man had a handgun on his person when he was arrested. He is currently in Spokane County Jail awaiting his first court appearance for domestic violence.
