SPOKANE, Wash. — Level 3 (go now!) evacuations are in place due to the Grove Fire.
The fire is now 85 acres in size with 100 structures threatened. Anyone is the following areas are in immediate danger and need to go now!
West Hallett Road to the northDrosett Road to the eastAbbott Lane to the WestMorning Lane to the SouthNorth 57th Avenue to the north

The Grove Fire was originally a half-acre in size near 7800 South Grove Road and continues to spread. The fire is currently estimated at 85 acres.
Northbound lanes of Cheney-Spokane road will be reopened for evacuation traffic.
The Spokane Valley Fire Department has been called to assist battling this fire.
The cause of this fire is unknown at this time and no injuries are reported at this time.
