YAKIMA, Wash. – According to the Yakima Police Department, a bear was found at the West Valley Walmart on Tuesday.
Officers decided that the best course of action was to contact the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife to escort the bear out of town.
WDFW then tranquilized the bear in order to bring him to a better and more suitable location.
