SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane emergency responders engaged along the Spokane River Wednesday night.
Neighbors claim that they saw four boys in life vests in the water heading toward Upriver Dam.
After an extensive search, the Spokane Valley Fire Department called off the water rescue after receiving a citizen report that boys in life vests emerged from the water, though the department cannot confirm that was the case.
