SPOKANE, Wash. – A house caught fire in the Logan neighborhood after a neighbor reported smoke coming from the house.
The Spokane Fire Department responded to the fire at 1924 East Marrietta Avenue around 5 a.m. after a neighbor reported seeing smoke coming from the house and called 911.
SFD is investigating what caused the fire as it is unknown where it started. The ground floor and basement received damage from the flames and smoke.
The house was seemly unoccupied at the time of the fire according to SFD and there were no injuries reported.
