KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. – The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on Wednesday for having drugs in his truck and driving while under the influence of them.
KCSO says at around 10:30 a.m., a caller reported an unconscious man in a pickup truck on Kachess Lake Road. A Washington State Patrol trooper arrived, woke the man and arrested him for driving under the influence of drugs.
A deputy could see evidence of drugs from outside the truck and got a search warrant.
KCSO reports that around 200 fentanyl pills, suspected bags of meth and fentanyl powder, drugs packaged for selling, $5,400 in cash and a fake handgun were found in the truck.
The man is facing charges of possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver and driving under the influence.
