SPOKANE, Wash. – A small brush fire on Riverside Avenue in downtown Spokane was extinguished by firefighters Saturday morning.
The blaze began just before 10:30 a.m. and was quickly handled by a single fire engine.
A fire weather watch for central and eastern Washington is currently in effect due to low relative humidity and high winds.
