OTHELLO, Wash. – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man after he reportedly threatened to shoot his mom and sister.
Accoridng to deputies, on July 5 at about 9 p.m., Adams County dispatch received a call reporting a weapons offense in the 800 block of South Schaake Road.
Deputies said the suspect was reportedly threatening to shoot his mother and sister with an armed rifle. Deputies arrived on the scene and arrested the man without incident. Deputies said that one person experienced a panic attack during the incident but received treatment from emergency medical services.
Deputies developed cause and booked the suspect in jail on suspicion of first-degree assault(DV) and third-degree malicious mischief (DV).
