Boat crash at Columbia River causes no injuries

CRESCENT BAR, Wash. – A boat crashed on the shore of the Columbia River near Crescent Bar.

According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, a boat ran aground on the Kittitas County side. The incident occurred as part of a crash on July 4th. Deputies stated that the owners are currently making arrangements to have the boat removed.

The crash resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to those onboard, who were all transported to Confluence Health Central Campus in Wenatchee according to deputies.

The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office is handling the investigation into the crash. Grant County deputies have no further details to disclose at this time.
