SPOKANE, Wash. – Several fire crews responded to a building fire on North Ritchey Road in north Spokane this afternoon.
According to the Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the fire is not currently being treated as a wildfire and the blaze began in an outbuilding.
DNR crews remained on scene into the evening to ensure that the flames could not reach nearby brush and cause a wider fire.
