The medical examiner identified the teen as Devonte Bragg, 18.
Bragg was reported by multiple citizens after his body was seen floating down the river near North Starr Road and East River Road.
He was pronounced dead at the scene after multiple attempts to save him.
The medical examiner has not given details into the cause and manner of death.
