Spokane County deputies issue alert for missing vulnerable 16-year-old

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a runaway and vulnerable 16-year-old.

According to the sheriff’s office, Lilly Hancock’s (the missing teen) family reported her missing on July 25. Home surveillance footage showed Lilly leaving their residence west of I-90 and West Aero Road on the West Plains the evening of July 24.

The sheriff’s office and her family are very concerned for her welfare, as Lilly has made statements of self-harm in the past and appears to have left without her medication, extra clothing or personal items.

Hancock is described as a 16-year-old white female, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, slender, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black Converse shoes, a black hoodie and blue shorts.
