SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl.

According to Spokane County deputies, Naomi Berry was reported missing by her family on July 30. They informed deputies that she had left her home on North Stevens Street to take the bus to the skill center. Her family planned to meet her at a specific location near West Third Avenue and South Jefferson Street in Spokane later that afternoon, but she never arrived.

Deputies noted that Berry operates at a lower cognitive level and may make decisions that could unknowingly place her in dangerous situations. Her family is deeply concerned for her safety.

Efforts by deputies and the family to search areas she frequents have so far been unsuccessful. Deputies added that she has an STA bus pass and may be using the bus for transportation.

Berry is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build, red hair, and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black Creepshow t-shirt, blue jeans with ripped knees and black high-top shoes, and carrying a blue bag.

If you have any information about Naomi Berry’s whereabouts or have seen her, please contact Crime Check at 509-456-2233 and reference case #10107010.
