OKANOGAN COUNTY, Wash. — A wildfire has spread closer to State Route 20, closing part of the road.
According to a tweet from the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Easy Fire has gotten closer to the road. Crews will close off the road from Granite Creek to Easy Pass trailhead (milepost 148-157 at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
There is no estimated time on when the road will reopen. A pilot car will continue until 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.
