SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department and SWAT are responding to an incident in the Emerson Garfield neighborhood.
According to the Spokane Police Department, there was a heavy police and SWAT presence near Washington Street and Mansfield Avenue at around 7 p.m. on Aug. 8.
The situation is ongoing, and more information will be released as it becomes available.
