SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane County Fire District 9 firefighters are battling a brush fire near Minnehaha Park.
According to a spokesperson from Spokane County Fire District 9, the fire, which measures approximately 200 by 200 feet, is located near East Frederick Avenue and North Custer Road, close to Minnehaha Park.
Crews from the Washington Department of Natural Resources, Spokane Fire Department, Spokane Valley Fire Department and Spokane County Fire District 9 are working to contain the blaze.
