POST FALLS, Idaho—The Kootenai County Fire Department successfully contained a structure fire in central Post Falls.
According to the Kootenai County Fire Department, the fire started in a building in central Post Falls. When crews arrived, the fire was heavily engulfing the structure. However, they have managed to contain the blaze to one shop building.
Kootenai Fire Department officials stated that they would remain on the scene for a few more hours to stabilize the situation.
The Kootenai County Fire Department received assistance from the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department.
