SPOKANE, Wash. – A three car crash on westbound I-90 near the Division Street exit slowed traffic Tuesday afternoon.
The crash took place at around 1:15 p.m. and brought traffic to a standstill by 1:30 as emergency crews assessed the situation.
Updated Aug. 20 at 1:40 p.m.- A single lane reopened on westbound I-90 while emergency crews remained at the scene.
