TYLER, Wash. – A Tyler business suffered significant damage from an overnight fire that destroyed equipment and property.
Around midnight Spokane County Fire District 3 responded to Turley’s Logging & Timberland near 24000 South Pine Spring Road to flames engulfing the businesses equipment.
The business owner who lived on property said his large trailers, property and a 5th wheel were destroyed in the fire. The 5th wheel was plugged in to charge overnight.
SCFD3 estimated hundreds of thousands in damages.
The damage sparked an investigation into the cause, but the owner said he believes the 5th wheel started the fire.
SCFD3 said they will be on scene Tuesday mopping up hot spots and investigating.
There were no injuries in the incident.
