SPOKANE, Wash. – A car crash on West Mansfield Avenue and West Northwest Boulevard caused traffic and a downed powerline Tuesday.
The crash took place at around 6:15 p.m., with Avista arriving on the scene along with police to fix the powerline problem.
Traffic in the immediate vicinity of the crash has slowed to accommodate emergency crews.
