SPOKANE, WASH- In the early morning hours starting just before two a.m. a heavy police presence has been felt in downtown Spokane.
A large perimeter has been established, multiple intersections and portions of Division are shut down.
Lincoln and Third currently has a blockade up, and multiple Sheriff and Spokane Police Officers have been seen with lights on in the area and on the interstate.
