ROYAL CITY, Wash. – A car driving eastbound on State Route 26 crossed the center line and slammed into two oncoming vehicles early Sunday morning, resulting in a vehicular assault charge.
According to Washington State Patrol, two cars were driving westbound when the third car went over the line and hit them at around midnight.
Troopers say that drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash. The driver of the car that crashed into the other two vehicles will be charged with vehicular assault, though he is currently recovering from injuries sustained during the crash.
All drivers involved in the crash were transported to the hospital early Sunday morning.
