LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. – A crash near the Washington-Idaho state line caused significant traffic backups east and westbound Saturday morning.
As of 10:40 a.m., the traffic has slightly abated moving towards Idaho as the remnants of the crash have been moved from one lane.
