MOSCOW, Idaho — Latah County deputies are searching for the owner of a missing dog found wandering in the Juliaetta-Kendrick Valley.
According to the sheriff’s office, the dog was spotted in the area and can be reclaimed at the Humane Society of the Palouse in Moscow.
