Dust storm warning issued for parts of eastern Washington state and Idaho

WASH. — A dust storm warning has been issued for parts of eastern Washington and Idaho.

The warning will remain in effect until 4:45 p.m. The National Weather Service advises drivers to exercise caution and pull aside if necessary.

The dust storm is currently impacting Adams County, including sections of I-90 and US 395. If you encounter dust, please turn on your headlights, slow down, and adjust your driving to the conditions.

The storm is also affecting areas around Schrag, as well as US-395 near Cunningham and Hatton.
