TAMPA, Fla. – Bodycam video shows a trooper approaching a dog tied to a pole near a fence on the side of Interstate 75 in Tampa.
The dog was standing in water up to its chest and growled and barked as the troopers approached. The dog was eventually untied from the pole and rescued.
