COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — announced plans to build Wolf Lodge Inn 2.0 following a fire that destroyed the original building last month.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, the restaurant expressed its intention to move forward with the new construction and is seeking a local survey crew for flood zone certifications and property surveys, as well as an architect.

The fire, which devastated the beloved steakhouse in northern Idaho, . The Idaho State Fire Marshal’s Office completed its investigation and found that the fire originated from grease accumulation inside a pipe above the kitchen grill. A breach in that pipe, located in the attic, ignited and spread to the rest of the building.
