GEORGE, Wash. – Washington State Patrol responded to a deadly head-on crash just north of George early Friday morning.
The crash happened around 2:00 a.m. while traveling on SR 281 on Friday. According to authorities a driver of a Fiat crossed the center lines hitting another vehicle head-on.
The driver of the Fiat who has not been identified was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to WSP both drivers in the crash were wearing seatbelts. The crash is under investigation by WSP.
