Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown to host virtual town hall on community safety initiatives

SPOKANE, Wash. – Mayor Lisa Brown and the City of Spokane announced that they will hold a “State of the Community Safety” virtual town hall.

According to a press release from the City of Spokane, the virtual town hall meeting will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Nov. 13. The city said that the meeting will be an opportunity for members of the Brown Administration to give updates on the findings of the CORE Plan pilot, results of the Community Safety Proposal and the city’s comprehensive plans to address housing, healthcare and human services for those experiencing homelessness.
