SPOKANE, Wash. — A car crash on eastbound I-90 near Division Street is causing traffic delays during rush hour.
According to Spokane Regional Traffic, the crash occurred at milepost 281.04, where the ramp’s center lane is blocked. The incident was reported at 4 p.m. and is expected to cause delays until further notice.
