Spokane County clerk’s office experiences temporary service interruptions

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – The Spokane County Clerk’s Office experienced service interruptions due to technical issues with the Washington Courts network Monday.

According to the clerk’s office, problems with the courts network have temporarily narrowed digital options for the county. The modified services list offered by the Clerk’s Office is attached below.

AVAILABLE SERVICES:

In-person filing of paper documentsProcessing of emergency ordersAccess to physical court records maintained in our office

WHAT THE PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW:

The Clerk’s Office remains open during regular business hoursTime-sensitive filings will continue to be processedAlternative procedures are in place for emergency mattersCash payments and paper filings are being acceptedPlease bring paper copies of all documents when filing
