SPOKANE, Wash. – The City of Spokane will observe Veterans Day with free street parking and complimentary Looff Carousel rides for military members and their families.
According to the city, solid waste services will remain on their regular schedule and city council will still hold a regular session, but Spokane Public Library branches will be closed.
Spokane Municipal Court and Community Justice Services will also be closed and will reopen Tuesday.
