Microsoft users could have issues accessing and using Micrsoft 365 programs on Monday after the company said that a recent change sparked issues.
“We’re investigating an issue impacting users attempting to access Exchange Online or functionality within Microsoft Teams calendar.” the company said via social media.
Users started to notice the issues around 5 a.m. on Monday according to Downdector.com.
Microsoft addressed the issue via email saying they are working on identifying the issue and getting services back online.
“We’ve started to deploy the fix which is currently progressing through the affected environment. While this progresses, we’re beginning manual restarts on a subset of machines that are in an unhealthy state.”
An update regarding the outage is expected soon.
