Highway 17 closed near Rocky Ford Creek due to suspected DUI crash

ROCKY FORD CREEK, Wash. – Highway 17 at Rocky Ford Creek, located eight miles south of Ephrata, is closed following a two-car crash involving a suspected DUI.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office reported that the crash is blocking the highway. According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), one driver is in custody on suspicion of DUI.

WSP officials stated that more info will be released shortly. The exact time of reopening for the highway is currently unknown.
