Who:
Tamarack Public House
What:
What can you say really about a brand new eatery/drinkery in Spokane? Aside from the fact that it has been built into a historic building downtown, houses two bars (one on the main floor and one in the loft area), and that its menu includes dishes that appeal to vegetarians and meat-eaters alike?
Well how about we can say that Tamarack Public House may not have an extensive menu, but what it lacks in quantity is sure made up in quality. From chilled prawns and grilled salad as starters, to Steak Bianca focaccia pizzas and Bavarian bratwurst sandwiches for lunch, to wild salmon filet and NY grill entrees, there is plenty to satisfy your appetite here. And of course no public house would be complete without drink options. Tamarack offers up craft beers, wine, and unique mixed drinks to compliment any meal.
When:
Tamarack is open Monday through Wednesday from 4pm until 10pm and Thursday through Saturday from 4pm until close (which can vary). Tamarack is not open on Sunday.
Where:
912 W Sprague Ave, Spokane WA.
