The owner of El Charrito was kind enough to answer a few questions for us about his new restaurant, his homemade menu items and locally sourced ingredients, and the items on the menu he knows visitors will love.

Our delicious tacos and burritos made with fresh tortillas.

All except delivery.
Your Facebook lists your ingredients as local. Where do you locally source your ingredients from?
All our products are obtained locally and we only use fresh produce.
Is Spokane’s South Hill your only restaurant location? If not, where else is El Charrito located?
Central WA – Toppenish and Sunnyside – with 25 years of experience serving authentic Mexican food.
Do you have items/ingredients (such as tortillas, salsa, sauces, etc) made in-house?
All our menu is made in-house: salsas, tortillas, with fresh Mexican fruit, orchata, Jamaica, tamarind.
If a customer wanted to be daring when picking from the menu, what item (or items) would you recommend they try?
Our daily fresh made tacos and Chile’s rellenos.
Why did you go with more of a “fast dining” style with your restaurant?
Always looking at the customer priorities – good fast quality food with family focusied environment.
Is your menu pretty much set, or will you be adding things to it or changing it up in the future?
We always work with our customers demand; they come first for our business. If they willing to try something different we will change it for them.
Is there anything else you’d like customers to know about El Charrito?
We are a very passionate restaurant and want to always satisfy our customer demands. Making all our foods with the best ingredients and with all our heart.
